1. What is The Commerce Connection, Inc. / USave30 Rewards?
The Commerce Connection, Inc. / USave30 is:
- A small business association,
- A loyalty rewards / trade program, (Not a Barter Club)
- A Business to business networking group and
- An employee incentives program, all rolled in to one.

3. Who should join USAVE30?
Any small business owner who would like to significantly increase their sales or improve their cash flow and bottom line should belong to USave30. Businesses which have excess capacity or slow moving inventory would especially benefit from USave30.
If you have perishable products or under performing assets that you want to promote, you should join. (How much is that vacant hotel room worth, or that empty restaurant booth, or how much is a ticket to the big event worth, the day after?)

5. How should I price my products and services?
USave30 Members are required to sell their products & services at their prevailing retail price. Overpricing is prohibited by the terms of the membership agreement.

6. How does USave30 prevent overpricing?
The integrity of the system is a critical element which we take very seriously. Members know that credit balances can be redeemed for cash therefore they usually will not, and should not, buy a product or service that is obviously overpriced. Here are some recommendations if you suspect that a USave30 member is inflating their prices:
- Do not proceed with the purchase.
- Report the suspected abuse.
- Try to locate another member offering the same product or service.
- Most importantly, don't compromise your integrity by raising your prices.

7. Can members sell used items through USave30?
Yes. Used item(s) can be listed in the free classified section of the USave30 website. They should be specified as used, must be in good or excellent condition and they should be priced at the fair market value. Classifieds should always have an asking price.

8. Is USave30 a Barter Club?
No! Bartering is defined as buying and selling products or services without the use of cash. Because all USave30 debit account balances have specific cash values, USave30 is not considered a barter club.

9. How does Usave30 have the cash to back all member accounts with cash?
Every account credit in the Usave30 member network was, at one time created when a member deposited cash. Those cash deposits are held in trust so that when members need cash they can withdraw cash by converting earned credits to cash. Unlike the government, Usave30 cannot simply print money nor can they manufacture credit balances from thin air like some barter clubs.

10. Must all members sell their products or services to other members through USave30?
NO! Not all business owners can sell their products or services through USave30 due to government regulations or very small profit margins. Non-selling members can still earn the 30% loyalty rewards bonus by funding their debit accounts with cash. Members can also participate by selling products or services in the classified ads. USave30 was designed for the purpose of “helping, not harming,” small businesses. We encourage member loyalty even to those who cannot sell their products or services through USave30.

11. How can employees benefit from USave30 membership?
Member businesses can offer an employee incentive by transferring USave30 purchase dollars to a designated employee account. An employee account is just like a business account at a reduced cost. Transferred purchase dollars can be spent at any participating member business. It’s a great way to reduce the cost of giving employee bonuses.

12. How do I know where to find the products or services I need?
Product and service providers are listed on the USave30.com website “Buyers Guide” and promotional emails are frequently sent out listing new members and classified items.

13. What if I can’t locate what I need through USave30?
USave30 does not guarantee the availability of particular products or services, however every effort will be made to locate what is wanted. Members are encouraged to refer names of business owners who may be willing to sell what is needed. The “Cash out” option is always available if a member cannot locate what is needed within the USave30 network.

14. Does USave30 offer credit lines?
USave30 is not a lending institution however we do offer a temporary line of credit to credit worthy members for the purpose of eliminating embarrassing overdraft situations. Payment for overdrafts must be made immediately when a deficit occurs. Cash payments and deposits are credited subject to the terms & conditions set forth by the USave30 account rules.

15. How are disputes with other members resolved?
If you have a problem with another member please notify your account manager of the problem as soon as possible. Although USave30 is not responsible for resolving disputes between members we will, in most cases, try to rectify the situation.

16. What if a Member does not observe the Rules?
If a member does not abide by the terms of the membership agreement, their membership can be subject to suspension or termination.

17. What if I need to temporarily suspend sales?
You may place your account "On Hold" if for any reason you are unable to serve USave30 members. You alone know your business better than anyone.

18. What if I want to cancel my Membership?
Membership in The Commerce Connection, Inc. - USave30 may be cancelled at any time, for any reason, upon written notice. Members must have a zero or positive account balance prior to cancellation. Upon termination all credit balances will be converted to cash according the membership account rules.

19. How do I join The Commerce Connection, Inc. / USave30?
Applicant must own or have signing authority for a legitimate small business or be a designated employee of a member business and have a desire to do business with the USave30 membership.
